Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1-2 days of being received between the hours of (9 am - 8pm), daily. If there is any delay in processing your order, you will be notified via the email address that has been provided to us in your contact information. Please make sure your contact information is accurate. Orders will be shipped on business days only. We will not ship/deliver orders on holidays. Orders placed before a Holiday such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years eve/Day, or any other federal holiday in which post offices are closed, will be shipped out on the next business day. Shipping will not be refunded in the event of needing to return product.

Local Deliveries: (Minimum $5.00 purchase required for local delivery)

Local deliveries are subject to delays due to staffing, weather or health and safety reasons. In the event we are unable to complete a local delivery, Gorge Pokeshop will inform you of the situation and offer to ship your order to you. You may be charged a shipping fee. Gorge Pokeshop is also able to offer in person pick up, if you are not wanting local delivery or to have your order shipped. 

For any local delivery please indicate where you would like us to leave your package in the event you are not home during the orders arrival. You will receive notification via email once your order has been delivered. Orders will be placed either at front door or in mailbox.
