Returns/ Exchanges

Gorge Pokeshop  does not accept returns. All sales are final and in "as-is" condition. This pertains to sealed product and card singles, especially. If you have questions about returning an item, or requesting an exchange please reach out to our staff and the situation can be discussed at that time.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items eligible for exchange are products such as card binders, card sleeves, playmats , deck boxes and other like items. If there are questions for the items you have purchased or plan to purchase please ask our staff, to see if your item is eligible for exchange/return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Card singles please make sure you have read the description for the single as some cards for sale, are listed as Near- Mint to Light Play, Moderate Play or Damaged. For damages on shipped orders please provide pictures of your order as it arrived to you. Pictures of your damaged order is needed in the case a report is to be filed with the post office or other shipping company.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Singles ,sale items or gift cards. All sales are final on singles, sale items, gift cards, drinks or other food items. This may apply to other products not listed here. Please speak to our staff for further questions. Refunds will not be given for special, custom orders or Preorders.

Refunds
 Any refund given from our store will be done in the original form of payment. Example: A purchase made with credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the card used in the original payment. We will not issue a refund in any other form than original payment. Refunds will not be given for special or custom orders. All Preorder sales are FINAL, no refunds will be given. Any fraudulent orders will be cancelled.
